    Include the address, video link, or telephone instructions.

  • State the language and dialect

    Add communication needs that affect effective interpretation.

  • Send a written request

    Use the recipient identified for that appointment or notice.

  • Save proof of delivery

    Keep the email, portal receipt, fax record, or mailed copy.

  • Confirm the interpreter arrangement

    Record vendor or interpreter name, language, format, and confirmation date.

  • Report a missing or unsuitable interpreter

    Preserve the no-show, delay, cancellation, or communication problem in writing.
